reasonably spacious room with central heating, an individual safe, and cable tv with on-demand movies, and extremely comfy bed. the most important - good location willing to pay taxi. next to the congress center, the shop, and lisbon.

The database room at The Emerald House was spacious and always super clean, even the gym. The breakfast was tasty and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location was also convenient and close to the airport, making it easy for business travelers to get into Lisbon. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and cafes within a couple of blocks. The room and building had delightful decor, creating a lovely ambiance. the hotel met my expectations and provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location was incredible and good, just off the Congress center and the City center and a river and downtown, and the view was gorgeous. Friendly service was provided here. The staff was pleasant & amicable.

The room was reasonably spacious and gorgeous, offered useful things, such as a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfy, and there was an excellent bathroom❤

The rooms at The Emerald House Lisbon - Curio Collection By Hilton are absolutely amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a wardrobe, coffee machine, minibar, safety deposit box. The private bathrooms with showers are also a big plus. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home in these cozy and well-equipped rooms.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the rooms with balconies. It's just my subjective opinion, but I found them a bit unnecessary and didn't really use them during my stay.

We loved this hotel! Best aspects included friendly staff, clean room with modern facilities, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds. Location was convenient with transportation options.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, with beautiful antique furniture and stylish artwork on display. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with ramps and elevators, making it convenient for me to navigate around.

I would have loved to see more organized activities or services specifically tailored for senior guests. A better vacation experience for senior people would include activities such as leisurely walks, gentle exercise classes, or social gatherings, all with the assistance of the staff who could cater to our unique needs and interests.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who are willing to use Bolt or Uber to move around the city. The breakfast is tasty, and the beds are super comfy. the gym and rooms are kept clean, and the personnel are pleasant and welcoming.

The light switcher system is too complicated, making it difficult to turn on the right lamp.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a few nights and we were extremely impressed. The room was spacious and clean, with modern facilities that met all of our needs. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the tasty breakfast provided a perfect start to each day. This place also offers room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services, which added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.

Spent my Easter break in a newly opened hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. I loved the river view from my room and the cozy decoration of the area. Rooms were spacious enough and the bed was super comfortable. On-site restaurant menu deserves a praise, the breakfast was tasty and gym always super clean.

Thin walls and lack of privacy in the bathroom were the worst aspects of my stay. The bed positioning problems were evident, as we could hear everything from the neighbouring room.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the great service provided by the staff and the cozy atmosphere of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, including fresh and tasty local products. the hotel was located in a fantastic area, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops which made it easy to enjoy the local atmosphere.

I found some negative aspects of the hotel. The walls are thin and the bed positioning in some rooms could cause disturbance, as the soundproofing is not very efficient.
